For me personally I weigh and measure all my food and water intake and track it in this app to make sure I am staying close to my Calorie goal. I calculate my meals before I eat them so I don’t go over, or over too much. I also used a BMR + TDEE calculator to find my proper calorie deficit and changed it in this app…
