I am completely un-coordinated, but I figure moving around and sweating is better than sitting on the couch. I think it's just going to take me some time to be able to get the moves down.

that's what mfp is for! We are here to support each other. Just take one day at a time. One good choice in food will lead to another. One ten minute walk will lead to a longer walk. I look at it as if this was an easy thing to do it wouldn't be worth it. Hope this helps.
