If you do I’ll give you a big dose right now. You are worth every bit of blood, sweat and tears it takes to get in shape. No one and nothing on earth is more important that your quest to be healthy. You are strong. You are gorgeous. You are amazing. You are awesome. You are intelligent. You are sexy. You are everything that everyone told you that you weren’t. I see the best in you and its time you see the best in yourself. If you need more validation just look in the mirror and see the winner staring back at you. They deserve the best so give it to them. :flowerforyou:
