    but I've learned SO MUCH along the way.
    I'm stronger inside and out- I can SAY NO to seconds, I can say YES to just ONE( 1 ) piece of chocolate- OR SAY NO, I'll PASS- because I CAN. I am no longer in bondage to food, and it feels PHENOMENAL! :happy:

    This journey is so about so much more than food, how our bodies look, what the number on the scale says, what size we wear, etc. All that is great, but this, what you wrote above is what really matters.

    You do look great-enjoy it, but I'm happier for this that you learned along the way! LOVE IT!:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
