I started at 290. Today I weighed in at 264. There’s still a long way to go. But progress is happening so I’m just trucking along. We got this. It can be overwhelming when you have to lose a whole person in weight ! BUT I’m setting smaller goals to help me reach my ultimate goal.

I agree. I feel good knowing I’m on the right path. Even it it may sometimes be slower then I’d like. But I agree. Finding yourself. I’ve noticed I’m a little happier these days. Even though I’m only 26 pounds into my goals, still, it’s an accomplishment.

I’m glad to read your post. My weigh ins ( while in the 2’s ) are similar to yours. Point this point that up and down all week. I’m trying to stick with it. Welcome. It’s not always easy to be healthy and make good food choices. I stopped eating take out almost entirely. Cook all meals at home. Bring lunch to work every day. Tomorrow is weigh in day. I’m annoyed with this week. It’s been the same up and down point this and that. I started this pay April at 290. At 271 now. And the last week has barely budged ! Has me feeling super annoyed that I’m doing all this work and planning and it hasn’t shown at all this week. 😤

Since having lost 20 pounds my calories were adjusted. I started at 1880 allotted now it’s 1460 it’s easier to eat closer to the 1460 then it was the 1880 on some days. Yesterday though I only came in for the day at under 800 for the day. And I wasn’t hungry. I ate fruits and my dinner. And a good breakfast 🤷🏻♀️

No corona here ! Thank god. It wasn’t the whole day it was really just the salad and the chicken flavoring paired with the lettuce, I wasn’t a fan of. And the Shepard’s pie. I guess I feel like, it could have been better lol.
