Every day, after i pee before I shower and/or before exercise. And yes, even during my period. Every day, because I understand that weight loss (or maintaining weight for that matter) does not look like a straight line.

My senior year high school weight was a guide, but not a goal. I’m not a girl, I’m a woman. Thank G-d! And i’m also a mother in my late 30s. So I added 5 pounds to my HS weight and set it as a goal. Random? Yeah, you could say that. But achievable, as I weighed as much as an adult before pregnancy.

I like to eat cereal for breakfast because i have to get going to work quickly. On the weekends I make granola. So it’s either that, or Cheerios (plain) or I mix both on the bowl.

I second the prunes and oatmeal ideas; work for me. But also, have you tried a probiotic? Just every other day or every 3 days, for 2 weeks could get you back on track - just my personal experience.
