My group of ladies which happen to mostly be phys wifes don't take anything. I am 63 past menopause and never took anything. Nor did any of my sisters or mother. Its worth it

I have a 9-7 schedule some times till 8pm. I am up at 5:30 out the door at 6:15 am get back from my hour brisk walk at 7:15 then shower make breakfast/lunch walk 10 minutes after lunch and do 220 steps every hour. I feel great. Oh and I am losing weight too.

I am in the kitchen longer chopping and cutting meat and fruit, staying away from as much process food as possible, no canned food I even make my own tomato sauce! I have lost twenty pounds since June

5'5 63 y/o 2500 to 3000 once in a while I eat low carb walk 60 minutes a day and have lost 20 pounds in the last three months, averaging 2 to 3 lbs weight loss per week.

Hi I am 62 and I started back on June 10th and I have so far lost 11 lbs by walking a little and a low carb diet mostly clean food like meat and veggies. This you are all very inspiring, it really helps me going. Thank you all.

I'm going to be 63 this year in October and I started a low carb and intermittent fasting two weeks ago, It is not to bad but I am happy that I have lost 8 pounds in the last 2 and a half weeks. I will keep you updated as I lose.
