Do you have any other symptoms like fatigue or just feeling like you have the flu? How about joint pain that manifests on both sides of your body like both wrists, as an example? These are typical symptoms of an autoimmune disease. If this doesn’t describe you and this pain continues you may need x-rays or maybe an MRI. I…

Sure. It officially started Monday but I’m pretty sure you can still get in. Go to gaugegirltraining.com. You have to choose a meal plan and purchase that. Then pay 9.99 to enter. You will then have access to closed FB accountability group. If you miss this one, I’m sure there will be others.

I am being very cautious on adding weights. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my hands and wrists can be a problem. I used to lift heavier, but I have had to dial it back. I’m sure this doesn’t help. I haven’t been eating for Maintenence. I am consuming 1500. That being said, it isn’t effecting the scale really. I just…

Ask a friend if they notice a difference. You might have body dysmorphia. There are people who can’t see the way they really look. If you really haven’t made physical changes, are you building muscle? Start a resistance training program if you haven’t done so. That will really help.

What has helped me the most with my weight is going on bio-identical hormones. It stopped the dreaded waist expansion in its tracks. Since going on them I do still have to be mindful but I don’t get big weight fluxes and it is so much easier to lose weight. Giving up gluten and dairy had also helped.

I love to sit on the porch that looks out at my yard, the woods and the creek.

Do you have a Your Pie Restaurant? They make great thin crust pizza and I actually love the gluten free. They even have a calculator on their website that lets you create your pizza and see the stats. Now that was an eye opener! I don’t add any cheese and my fav came out at 749 calories and 99gm carbs!

Lululemon's, hands down. They make even the flattest butt look good. If you wash them without fabric softener and line dry they can last a couple years.

Have you heard of the Quantum Scale? It keeps track of your actual weight but it only shows you the number of pounds you have gained or lost. For some people weighing in is a huge anxiety. I think this would help with that.

I’m 62 and I have lifted since I was 40. It makes all the difference in the world! I’ve had to change my weights because I now have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I’m not quitting though! I don’t know how I would manage this disease without the years of taking care of myself. All I can say is don’t wait! You don’t know what life…

I wouldn’t wish my journey on anyone, but finding out I had Rheumatoid Arthritis had its weight loss bonus. When I was diagnosed I adopted an Autoimmune Protocol Diet to correct my Microbiome and alleviate my symptoms. With that as my goal it was easy to stick to an AIP diet. Here is what happened that made 10 pounds…
