58 years old - 299 to 190 but now back to 215. The struggle is real but I want to see those 190s again...you can do it! We both can!

58 years old and went from 299 to 190. I started fasting 12 hours a day, now its 136 hours a week. My BP and weight are what they were in my 20s and diabetes is in remission. Love this fasting lifestyle!

Was 299...got down to 190 now crept back up to 215. Back on the road to 195 by IF (136 fasting hours per week), hard calorie counting 2250 cal per day and HIIT!

Took me a year - intermittent fasting, body weight workouts (jumping jacks, burpees, planks, etc) and logging meals in MyFitnessPal!

It's only been a month since I hit my goal, but so far so good....maintenance is HARD, I think my body's set point is 25 lbs higher than my goal but I'm going stay between my goal range of 200 - 210!
