I smoked for 20 years (12-32). I quit when pregnant with my girls but never truly quit. I did chantix and braved the vivid nightmares. I have been smoke free for 1.5 years and I never plan to go back. I believe in you! You have the drive. You can do it!!

So not excited to weigh in tomorrow. I have been doing so great and 1 weekend I blow it 😢 Up 5lbs from Friday. Hitting the running even more and going to start to tracking my food again- I’ve been slacking on tracking. Wish me luck!!

@carol_shantz I smoked for 20 years and quit last May with Chantix. Hardest thing I ever did and oh man it was so worth it!! I now can’t stand the smell and things taste different. Hell even mosquitoes finally like to bite me lol You can do this!!

Well I didn’t get on the scale this morning bc 😬 all the damn good 4th food! I did eat more bun then planned (holy they were HUGE buns!) but I feel I did pretty well. Stayed away from the sweets too! 🍻 Cheers to the weekend and working out and watching what I put into my body more! One day at a time!
