    Getting my food in line more (definitely no more pasta 😭) and kicking up my distance on running. Trying for 2 miles in the morning instead of 1. Gotta get my speed up too 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼

    Not surprising! Being gone for 4 days with all the eating out is murder.

    I forgot to add I drastically upped my water intake to a gallon a day. Yes it’s more bathroom breaks but it’s worth it. 😀

    @shalvy2007, nice work! :star:

    @SuzanneElizabeth16, that is a good loss but I am so sorry you've had the bug. A loss is a loss, babe, so it counts! Keep drinking that water to stay hydrated. :star:

    @tuddy315, so hard when eating is out is the only choice. I hope you have a better week coming! Drink that water! :smile:

    @Kenyaa3, excellent loss! That added time walking and the water has definitely helped you! Amazing, friend! :star:

    @inshapeCK - I hear ya. I have been losing and re-gaining and trying to re-lose the same 50 pounds for the past 16 years. Hang in there! You are so close!

    PW: 138.2 pounds
    CW: 137.5 pounds

    Down 0.7 pounds.

    Down 32.6 pounds from my highest weight but still re-losing weight I had previously lost.
    Still need to re-lose 3.3 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight of 134.2 pounds.
    So tired of re-gaining and re-losing the same pounds, especially when my goal weight of 130 pounds keeps seeming like it is within reach then I re-gain.

    I am feeling quite down about my lack of weight loss as I weighed 136.5 pounds on Monday and ate well on Tuesday (even resisted french fries, brownie cake with icing, and a milkshake for my scratchy throat & cough) and exercised on Monday and Tuesday yet today for my official weigh in I was 137.5 pounds, which is a gain of a pound since Monday, so I am feeling pretty bummed and discouraged. There are times when I gain and I haven't been trying so it's my fault and I know why but when I try and fail it's pretty discouraging and makes me want to throw in the towel as I feel frustrated and ready to give up.

    I am also feeling bummed as an online friend who I had been 10 pounds ahead of for a long time has now surpassed me as of today and weighs less than me for today's official weigh in so that totally deflated my balloon. Happy for her but totally jealous and envious and frustrated and depressed about my lack of movement on the scale. She lost 11.8 pounds in 2 weeks as she had her tonsils removed so couldn't eat much but she has managed to keep off the weight loss which is fantastic for her just makes me feel disheartened about my own weight loss or lack there of it.

    You got this, the hardest part of this journey is not to compare yourself to others. We are different. Just do you and do what you need to do.
