    Exercise: day 2 of 21 Day Fix, a walk with my daycare kids and on a walk now with the dog
    Calories: under the goal but WAY too many carbs today. Pasta lunch and dinner 😱
    Tracked: yes and super mad at myself. Tomorrow will be better!

    What is the 21 day fix?

    It's just the name of an at home workout program. It's through the company Beachbody but quite similar to any Jillian Michaels type of workout dvd.

    Did I stay under budget? No... 7 calories over. Not too bad I don't think. I was planning on exercising.

    Tomorrow's meals are planned and logged. All I need to do is follow them. I am determined to see a loss next week as well! No more yo-yo-ing!
