What is your workout routine? How often do you do cardio and strength? I get 20 minutes on my lunch to hit the gym and I feel like I should be doing weight training since I can do cardio at home by walking.
This was so much easier before the babies haha!!
@allietuge, first off, congrats on getting to the gym when it's so hot. That is dedication and we're proud of you!! Second, to your quote above, I usually do 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. I have it in my living room so I don't forget to do it each day. I recently added water aerobics to my list. I went Saturday for the first time and absolutely loved it. I got over the fear of being in front of people in my bathing suit and really pushed myself. I'm going back tonight. It's hubby's birthday and I told him I could miss but he is sending me with his blessing. He's a bit of a hermit so he'll enjoy time alone. It's only an hour. I checked out a book called The New Rules of Lifting for Women and will be adding weights to the mix soon, as well.

, and to those of you who are up a little or stayed the same, don't sweat it. Do what you know to do, get that water in, move a little more, and it will drop off by next week. If we are getting serious and focusing we will win again this month. Even if we don't, I'm so stinkin' proud of each of you for rocking this road to good health!! I'm so happy for our little fit fam team.

Oh shoot, it's a holiday here (Canada day) and I completely forgot to weigh in today. Could I permanently move my weigh in day to Tuesdays?
I will post my weight tomorrow! I'm dealing with some digestive issues paired with holiday bbqs so it won't be pretty.0
