I can get back on the forums! My app was funky and I could only get on from my iPad for awhile (which I hardly ever use). I didn’t even check yesterday if I could log in but tried today so I could weigh in. Ran my half marathon this morning so I’m going to try to get back on a deficit. I’ve been hovering i this area for awhile!1 -
Struggling a bit but I’m hanging in there. A little worried about tomorrow’s weigh in but none the less I’m going to do better this week. Hope everyone had a great weekend.1

It seems that weeks that I have been extremely watchful (or not), it doesn't show up on the scale until a week later... maybe this will happen for you too!2 -

Need to come clean, this weekend I had a party for my sons engagement. It started on Saturday and I did not keep my self accountable for the last 3 days. I am back 100% today and I am hoping I didn't mess myself up too bad with a large gain. I was so tried after the party that I just didn't care what I was eating. We had so many leftovers and desserts where in a large quantity. I made my husband bring them to work today to get them out of the house and I am going to freeze whatever is left. Today I feel I can say sick about how I behaved with my choices but I am back. I will try to eat as clean as I can and I am hoping for only a small gain on Saturday. I came to far to let this get to me. I still have 10 pounds to go before I can have my knee surgery and I'm not going to let this get in the way of meeting my goals.3

@matthewsfive, you can get back on track very easy. Be sure to weigh and measure everything, drink lots of water, and get that exercise in. You've got what it takes. You enjoyed a time of celebration. Don't beat yourself up about that. We can live and enjoy life's beautiful times of rejoicing, and then get right back on track. You are strong and will succeed! I know you can!
