Good Morning Everyone
Like many of you I assume, I am planning to eat some BBQ goodies during the 4th of July celebrations... I am getting my mind/body game plan set, starting today. I p/up loads of veggies and fruit to share, and am planning to limit the potato salad & other fattening foods. I will try some of mostly everything, just going to watch the portions.
What are your plans... just wondering, I could use some more ideas.2 -

@looneycatblue, I plan to stay on plan as close as possible. I plan to have grilled chicken and veggies when we cook out and not buy anything off plan. Hope I can stick to it!0 -
@looneycatblue - We will be going to my parents tomorrow. My Mom also using MFP so she buys foods that don't have crazy calories. I'm also making a banana bread for dessert to keep away from cakes and such.
We will be swimming too!1 -
