    @kkmark, I've moved your starting weight to week 1. You can either weigh in now for week 2 or I can move the same weight to week 2 and then next Tuesday your weigh in would be for week 3. Whatever works best for you. Just let me know. Thanks! Hope you had a great vacation!

    Thanks, @inshapeCK, @matthewsfive, and @Keepingtrack1234! <3

    @gabrielgalindomendez, awesome loss! Congrats!! :star:

    Did I exercise? Yes. Went for a 3km walk while pushing a stroller.
    Did I track everything? Yes.
    Did I stay within budget? Yes.

    I hosted a girl's night out party last night. I tried my best to budget my calories throughout the day so I would be able to eat cake and chips with dip, and it went great! My weight was down this morning. Today I managed to stay within my goals even though everyone left their treats behind and I did my fair share of snacking. Very proud of myself.

    Tomorrow is a birthday party and I will have no control over the dinner menu. I've heard that it's pizza and ideally I would like a small piece of cake too because I love cake. Planning ahead with lots of vegetables, egg whites, and protein bars so I can splurge a little in the evening. I'm determined to maintain my loss.

    I will return to a more balanced diet on Monday.

    Sick with tonsilitis at the moement. Have been happy with my exercise this week. The scales were down today, hopefully the same for tomorrow for weigh in day. All the stressful things have finished for the month, the rest of the month ahould be pretty easy to stay on track.

    I’m not happy with that, but I’m reminding myself it’s TOM. I also ran 6 miles, walked 7 miles and biked 7 miles yesterday so hopefully some of it is exercise-induced water retention. 😑

    Hello team. So I've been feeling a bit down lately about my lack of progress. My son is now 6 months old and I feel like I should be farther along with my weightloss. With my dauhter I feel like the weight came off so much easier and this time I'm struggling. I have 20 lbs left to lose to get to pre-pregnancy weight and I feel stuck.
    I feel like not only am I letting myself down but my kids as well. I want to be healthy and happy but deep down I'm not. I've gotten very good at putting on a happy face.
    This week I need a change. I need to focus. I need to reset. I need to remind myself to push and stay strong. I will do better for the team. Thank you all for being awesome teammates. Hopefully I can help boost our numbers. Xo

    @allietuge, the scale can sometimes be our best friend, and other times be our worst enemy. Try to look for other areas where you are seeing improvement. Are you feeling better and feeling more fit? Are you sleeping better? Do you have more energy? Don't give the scale that much power over yourself. And try not to compare yourself to yourself. You are not the same person and your body has changed. Look for the positives deep within you. You're an amazing mother to your children. Focus on your health and not necessarily on the numbers on the scale. You are way more than just that. Have a great evening and love yourself.
