    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 90 minutes water aerobics (45-minute class, 45-minute pool walking); 120 minutes cleaning/organizing guest bedroom and moving furniture

    Excellent day of moving new furniture in for our guest bedroom. My sons will no longer have to sleep on the couch! I had over 5,000 steps by 10:30 a.m. Whew! Thankful for strong friends who were able to help! Ended the day in the pool with the ladies and enjoyed pushing it extra hard tonight. Hope everyone has a great night! <3

    Morning! No weigh for me this week. We're up in Wisconsin for a bit and I don't have a scale (thank goodness lol...so much beer, cheese, pretzels, ice cream...and FUN!) have a great weekend all and stay cool. See ya next week!

    Gained a little, game canceled today because of heat. I will go to the gym to make up for it. Other teams that haven’t seen me in weeks keep telling me they can tell I lost weight. Feeling good but have eaten too many snacks.

    Sorry for the delay. I was having issues logging in from phone. Weight holding steady. I’ve realized that it’s going to be so hard for me to lose weight during the summer. My goal is to get through the summer without undoing the 30 lbs I’ve lost so far.

    Just got back from a two week trip to see family. A week of the trip I had to either make bad food choices or offend in-laws, which made it hard! I am glad to be back home where I have total control. Hope to get back on track!
