    Did I exercise? No, slept in, and too hot & tired after work
    Did I track everything? Yes
    Was I withing budget? No... but close!
    Did I drink 60 oz water? Yes +

    Got in a 30 min walk this morning... felt really good, starting the day off right!

    Hello! I am up this week, again! WHOMP! But I don't feel too discouraged because I know why--lots of special treats and drinks, etc. Looking forward to normalcy, after a month of vacations, birthdays, holidays and visitors.

    Hi everyone I cant believe this month has gone so quickly! I still have the remains of a cold, the sinusitis has gone away now. My kids are better but my husband is still sick. So it has been hard to exercise. But ive found a way to keep away from the munchies..reading a good book. And my husband wants some vegetarian food now (only he eats 4x the serving size!) so he will be eating some vegetarian next month. We are in the middle of training my daughter to sleep through the night, and she has been feeding MUCH more in the middle of the day. So i am keeping up eating red meat as i need iron (i have gotten very sick before) but hoping to wean her and have more chicken and vegetarian soon.

    Hi team, I am Bobby T. Thank you for having me as a member this is the 3rd month for me. It so nice to be in this group with Yinz (I am From Pittsburgh ) And feeling very fortunate in many ways, I only work during tax season ( weight gain) So I spend the other months trying to eat right and exercising. I have always been a athlete and continue to try and balance rest with exercise. Empty nester with plenty of yardwork. My goal with my yo yo weight is to try and make the peaks lower and the valleys deeper and more consistent. So far this year the peak (tax season) was a little lower. I am only behind my last years valley by 2 lbs. August is usually a nice steady loss type month with me caping it off with my yearly physical. I enjoy team sports playing softball on 4 teams as well as running a few 5 k. Peace to all! Let me know if I can help !

    Sorry.I am still in pain.I have come to my parents.I will stay here for one month.Can’t walk.Stayed still for more than one month.Gained this weight.Eating and lying at the same place for 1 and a half month. My mother will be taking care of my diet this month.

    Sorry you're still not feeling well, @Fe452436. Glad you've got your mom to help you.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, water aerobics, 90 minutes (45 minutes aerobics, 45 minutes pool walking)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, wonderful brunch with my water ladies. I made good choices and didn't turn to the dark side!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
