    I found the weight much harder for my second. I couldnt go outside and exercise nearly as much looking after two under two. Good luck!

    Did I track everything? Yes, but most food was estimated.
    Was I within budget? No. Not even close. I ate at maintenance though so hopefully no damage.

    Was so good today. We have a food budget now which means no little extras. Anything I want to eat i have to cook (but ive lost my fav cookbook so i havent even cooked banana bread this week that i wanted!). So tempted to buy juice today but i didnt. Have tonsilitis and found that watermelon was really soothing.

    Monday morning - lost 1.2 pounds so far since my last weigh in on Thursday... I just need to hold on as if someone is trying to steal donuts from my cold stiff hands.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but I ate too much and ate junk - back at it strong tomorrow!!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, I was going to just take a wash of it but went back and logged all the ugliness of it

    Did i track everything? Yes.
    Did I stay eithin budget? No, over by 100. Still in a deficit though.

    Food quality wasn't great today. So although my calorie count should still lead to the scale going downward tomorrow, I'm feeling quite bloated.
