Wednesday's Weigh In
I started to post yesterday but didn't have time to finish before I had to take my Dad to a hospital appointment in another city so I saved a copy of what I had started to type out by sending an e-mail to myself. When I went on MFP later it said it was down for maintenance and when I tried again even later it wouldn't let me access the groups section so I gave up and just posted in my newsfeed.

Gained 1.9 pounds.
Surprisingly, I don't care.
Not in the "I've thrown in the towel" I don't care way but the "I'm not going to worry about it or my beat myself up about it" I don't care way.
The reason I am not going to fret about it is because my endometriosis has been bad the last few days and I know that can cause weight gain and the night before my weigh in I was at a restaurant for dinner for my husband's birthday and the day before my weigh in I put in the effort to exercise twice (stepped on and off the Wii balance board for 30 minutes and walked outside for 36 minutes) instead of slacking off and my weight in the days leading up to my weigh in were all less than my "official Wednesday weigh in day weight".
Last Wednesday I was 135.8 pounds.
The rest of the days leading up to my Wednesday weigh in this week I was 135.8, 135.4, 135.7, 136.6, 136.9, 136.9.
This Wednesday I weighed 137.7 pounds.
Therefore I gained 1.9 pounds since last Wednesday.
The good news is I am still down 32.4 pounds from my highest weight.
I will own up to the fact that since my previous official weigh in last Wednesday I have eaten lots of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and I had Nutella. I own up to it when I post what I have eaten in my newsfeed. I know I need to clean up my eating. That is an area I struggle with and need to work harder on.5 -
