SW 271 CW 256.6 Weigh in day for me today and I'm feeling pretty good about seeing a 4lb loss. I've been working hard and staying 100% on track, really hoping I can stick with it and lose a few more lbs this week. How's everybody else doing?

Hi. Just joined the challenge, hoping it helps me to stay on track if I have to publicly admit to failures. I'm trying to lose the huge amount of weight I've gained over the last year or so while stuck in a deep pit of depression. 10lbs down so far. Day 1 got off to a good start with the scale being down 1lb this morning. I was expecting a gain after eating terribly over the last couple of days so was pleasantly surprised and it motivated me to eat healthily and stay within my calorie limit all day. Oh this is just what I need, late night snacking and binging is my downfall. I can stay on track all through the day and then screw it all up. Hopefully it will help me to resist the snacks if I have to admit it publicly every day!

Hello, just joined hope it's ok to jump in to the group. SW 271lbs CW 262lbs My goals for July are... Lose a few lbs - no specific number but lose something rather than gain. Log calories every day, even on bad days... especially on bad days. Start wearing my Fitbit again and walk further than to the kitchen. Drink more…
