I like 16:8 IF specifically because it controls my urge to snack at night. I eat from 10am to 6pm which works for me because I can have dinner with my family and I never get too hungry.

I just started 16:8 IF and find this to be the case also. If I push my meals to later in the day, I'm usually not as hungry and stay full until my next fast.

We went on vacation twice this summer to Six Flags and Disney. With both trips, my well thought out diet plans went out the window. I didn't dwell on it though and got back into my routine when I got home. All is well now but I completely understand how a vacation can wreck your weight loss progress.
