    Ultimate Starting Weight: 160lbs
    Challenge Starting Weight: 163.8lbs (July 8- most of this is post vacation water weight so I’m expecting a huge drop in the next two weeks)
    Challenge Goal Weight: 149 lbs
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 128lbs
    July/12: 162.2 lbs (slow drop due to DOMs ugh)
    July/19: 160.7 (small loss of 1.5lbs! But something is better than nothing)
    July/28: 160.9 (it was actually 163 lbs 3 days ago so I’m not complaining)
    Aug/3: 163.1 (periods are about to start)

    Can’t wait to get back in the 150s!

    Down 3 lbs this week, with only 3 workouts... Body is recovering nicely from workouts. Just a little energy lost... Week ahead, planning to add 100 cals daily, and 4 workouts this week, w/ increase cardio....

    Ugh. I feel for you since I am in the same boat. After losing about 40-42 lbs I have entered a plateau. Persistence is going to be very important for me.

    Ok going in the wrong direction :D I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.

    Friday August 2 weigh-in: 170!

    I think lots was water so I’ll have to update my challenge goal. Keeping it at 1lb/week, I’m aiming for 167 now 😁

    Friday August 9 weigh in: 171

    This was my period week, so while it’s up from last Friday, I also had a full 2.6lb gain on most of my weigh-ins this week. Hopefully I’m somewhat on track, though I did have a couple poor eating days. I’ll wait to see how next week goes before I consider this one a wash, I’m probably still a little bloated.
