    Ok going in the wrong direction :D I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.

    I need to work on portion control. In an isolative, food-centered setting, I tend to want to treat myself. Examples: mustard potato salad, which I had not had in a really long time, w/two small wieners. Ice cream from the tub without weighing out serving always goes south.

    Just finished 6 rounds of chemo therapy and getting ready for surgery and radiation, this challenge will help me focus on getting healthy again rather than being sick. It is great to see your goals, an inspirational group!
