    Never struggled with weight until i got into my 40's now its been a uphill battle.

    Weighing in a day early—going out of town tomorrow. Will be eating out a lot but plan on making some high quality low carb choices when I do. Also will be more active since we are taking kids to a water park so hoping to not undo my progress.

    I'd like to join! I'm trying to stay motivated. I got down to 150, gained 3 back on a 6 month diet break. Started again about 5 weeks ago. Wanting to stay on track.

    After a month of being essentially plateaued, I tweaked my settings to compensate for being a sloppy logger. It’s a little too soon to declare that it’s a success, but this morning’s weigh-in indicates that I am on the right track.
