Mini Challenge: YOUR goal by Labor Day!

Many of us just wrapped up our July 4th challenge! I thought it would be fun to start a new challenge leading up to Labor Day! This is about nine weeks away! Feel free to set your own goal!

I like to do weekly weigh ins on Friday, but you can update whenever!

    I lost so much weight so quickly when I started in mid-May that only losing 5 pounds in June was a depressing let down. But adjusting my expectations to reality, I should be able to lose 10 pounds in 9 weeks.

    Challenge SW: 237.8 (lost 80 lbs; gained most of it back over years not tracking calories and BEER...found out im gluten intolerant too)

    Ultimate GW: 130 yogi, vegan lean (I am 5'7)


    Lowest weight: 158 and I was skinny fat. I am more confident 80 lbs heavier surprisingly.
    My birthday is later in October and I was hoping to get down to 200 :/ we will see what veganism does. I eat loads of beans and nuts. I try to do it right.

    *Doing things differently this time. Literally just recommitted July 1 so this will be a challenge for me.
    Eating primarily plant-based, intermittent fasting. Exercising; weights here and there, yoga, elliptical, walking, body weight exercise
