IF benefits how I feel, controls food

I feel my mind is clearer because I follow the 16:8 IF regimine. Fast 16 hours, eat between noon and 8pm. I do feel more energy. I believe it is helping me. I also avoid sugar and only drink one cup of coffee with a packet of stevia every morning. It's pretty easy and not too hard to do.

    I like 16:8 IF specifically because it controls my urge to snack at night. I eat from 10am to 6pm which works for me because I can have dinner with my family and I never get too hungry.
