So here's to trying again. Looking forward to this Sept challenge and seeing everyone'sβ¦

Well its the last day of the month. I haven't felt much like myself or maintained tracking my weight the last few weeks as I have been fighting off Covid. But I'm surprised and happy to say despite not being as active I met my May goal. Probably mostly due to the fact that I have been eating nothing but chicken soup forβ¦

Not too mention I've been struggling with sleep. However, after seeing roughly a 3lb gain the first two weeks I'm slowing trying to push through beingβ¦

I did the September challenge. It was my first and I'm proud to report I lost a total of 10lbs thanks to everyone's motivation and sharing. My problem tends to be that I lose weight quick but have trouble maintaining it or losing more after a month or 2. Hoping to keep losing weight but any helpful tips would beβ¦

@syreina lol NVM Just saw what you were talking about :# BTW keep up the great work any helpful tips? You seem to be doing a great job. My problem is that I typically lose a significant amount of weight fast but have trouble keeping it down or losing more even though I stay active and try my best to keep calories down.

@LilMsMuffet14 thank you for posting. I can relate I was diagnosed hypothyroidism a couple months ago (March time frame) which was no surprise since I had all the symptoms and had been asking to get that checked for sometime now and after almost 2 yrs of mentioning it to my physician she finally gave it and sure enoughβ¦

We're roughly the same height I'm 4'11" and your ultimate goal is pretty realistic I'm sure you can do it so keep up the hard work. My ultimate goal should be the same but for now I'll be happy if I can getβ¦
