    I weigh every day.

    Monday June 01 - 151.7
    Tuesday June 02 - 150.7 - Yay!!! Finally hit the 40 pound loss, it has been a long haul. Even if it is temporary, I hit it. Very happy.
    Wednesday June 03 - 150.7 - Great to see this number again.
    Thursday June 04 - 150.6 - Any drop is a good drop for me, even if very small.
    Friday June 05 - 151.3 - Low on sleep, calories and exercise were on point. Hoping to see those 150 numbers again tomorrow.
    Saturday June 06 - 151.2 - Gave up a tiny bit yesterday, had nachos. Still well within my calorie range.

    NOTES - i hope I can keep this going. Today is Mother’s Day here in France and we’ve been Invited to a friends house to lunch. She is making Moroccan couscous for us and I’m not sure how the whole meal is gonna go. I think if it’s pretty big like they tend to be i will have to skip on dinner.

    Ive been on and off here for a few years. Did really well 2 years ago when i was losing weight for a holiday i was going on. I ate like a pig on that holiday and havent stopped since 😂 put on around 20kg in nearly 2 years and i cant stop eating 😭. So im back again and im gonna give it my best shot as im off to Florida (hopefully) in September so want to lose as much as i can before then!

    I appreciate ive missed a week out but i’ll try for the 5lbs still

    Went up 2.7 lbs this week trying not to discouraged since I've been incorporating a lot more weight lifting with my cardio than I typically do when I start diet and exercising.

    When you get annoyed that you have had to restrict yourself, you eat all the junk food and it shows up.

    I'm still really, really, really looking forward to finally meeting my UGW this month and posting progress pics.

    The cause of my weight gain, lol: Renpho Bluetooth Scale on Amazon

    FYI: My body fat (BF) had been back and forth between 33% and 35% from Oct 2019 to March 2020. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
    I have seen 31% twice in May - on my way!

    MFP Starting Weight: 140 lbs - February 2011
    Current Starting Weight: 147.4 lbs - November 2017
    June Starting Weight: 113.4 lbs
    June Goal: 110 lbs

    June 8: 114.8 @ 6am ... yesterday: 3k steps, 1870 cals, 4 cups of water, ~3393 mg sodium ... 31% BF ... expected gain when you are annoyed by restriction, eat all the junk food you want and barely take a walk. Time to work it all off!

    It was amazing!! I have no idea how to track this lunch. We had it Moroccan style where we all ate out of the same dish. We didn’t have our own plates. I was pretty full by the end but made sure I stopped before my “oops I ate too much” hiccups started. this means I stopped at the right time. I had to wait awhile for dessert tho. Luckily she brought it out much later with some coffee and Moroccan mint tea.

    Yum! Looks so good! 😁
