Getting in the time to exercise is so hard, but SO worth it. Even if my weight doesn't change I just feel better being active.

Vodka and soda with just a squirt of 7Up is good.

Go slow. Cutting caffeine too quickly can be uncomfortable- headaches were bad for me. Cut one serving out every 3 or 4 days until you get to where you want to be. Good luck!

Feeling crappy and embarrassed about yesterday. I did great with activity and then went completely off the wagon with food and drinks. Arrrgh!

I'd say, yes, cleaning the house totally counts as exercise! You go, woman!

Did 25mins low impact HIIT workout this AM. Now, just back from a 40min walk with my hubby. Feeling proud! :)
