@allietuge what is your normal go-to beverage? Does it have to have alcohol in it?

I like my Malibu and pineapple juice or a Mikes. I wanted to enjoy a drink or two without going crazy with calories

Non-alcohol is usually water with an occasional diet pepsi.

    Exercise? Nope - got.home at 10pm
    Tracked everything? Yes.
Under goal? Only 33 over - happy about that!

Also I finally figured out the calories vs exercise issue. I just needed to change my activity level to Light Active. Now it realistically counts my steps as a few calories as opposed to a huge exercise deficit. I work an office job but I still move as much as possible!

Looking good this week team! Keep up the amazing work!

Curious if any of us are vegetarian, pescatarian or "flexitarian"?

Vodka and soda with just a squirt of 7Up is good.

Today I scheduled a home day so I can exercise. Im so excited I lost some weight this week. I have added more chicken and less red meat to our diet and one vegetarian meal per week, and I think that has made a difference. (When we have mince i bulk it out with puy lentils too). I have also added in variety to fruits and veggies as i think the whole family was getting bored on just 2 fruits and started seeking sugar; to help with this I have also bought nuts and cranberries to munch on. I have also started measuring my rice. My areas i need to work on...whenever my daughter doesnt eat i eat her food, so i need to log this too
