I have sugar free popsicles, and if I wake up I have one. I’ve had this issue for about 20 years. I thought it was hunger, but it really was a coping habit for underlying anxiety. A bedtime routine that includes prayer, meditation,stretching helps me. Also, I use a lavender oil in my diffuser.

Starting roasting vegetables, tossing them in olive oil with salt and pepper. I roasted broccoli and Brussel sprouts yesterday, and they were delicious. I know this is so basic, but for me just turning the oven on was a huge deal!

My workouts in the morning are so much better when I don’t snack the night before. I stop eating two hours before bed, then I workout first thing in the morning in a fasted state. So much more energy!

I just think it’s important to be sensitive to whose around you when you’re talking about health and fitness. I love this website because this is where I can discuss these issues. But with my family who struggles with obesity and sugar addiction, I would never talk about it.

I can totally relate. Intermittent fasting works for me and I eat the majority of my calories right before bed.

What seasoning do you all use on your vegetables? I don’t know how to make them taste good.

I feel my best when I fast during the day, and I eat one large meal in the evening. I have no idea of the exact science behind it except that it works for me.

I love it! I fase from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm. I workout in the mornings at 5:15 am. It works for me!
