My workouts in the morning are so much better when I don’t snack the night before. I stop eating two hours before bed, then I workout first thing in the morning in a fasted state. So much more energy!2

I will admit that I used to eat in bed right before I would fall asleep. Literally, after my last bite, I would fall asleep. I lied to myself telling myself that I was truly hungry, when really it was just a coping method to deal with the stress of the day.
I believe that when the pain of doing a certain behavior becomes greater than the pain of stopping the behavior, that is when we are able to change. At least that is how it is happening for me.2 -
