I have been fasting after dinner for 6 weeks now which is unreal for a TV muncher like myself. I was diagnosed with liver problems due to eating too many carbs over the years, and if I didn't lose weight, I would need a liver transplant. That was all the motivation I needed!! I get hungry at night sometimes, so I keep some flavoured Perrier in the fridge and that makes me think I am having a treat.2

Yday was bad. Unlike the nights when I had dinner/snack past my cut off time, yday I thought "whatever". I guess I got too little self respect after stepping on the scale. š
