Has anyone tried doing a Slow-Release Casein Protein Shake at night after dinner or before bed? A nutritionalist told me this is one of the best ways to keep feeling full through the night to help with the late night cravings and feeds your muscles while you sleep if you are working out. I mix mine with water and Almond Milk and sometimes mix in my "Joint Vibrance" powder. Seems to work pretty good. Also, low-fat cottage Cheese with blueberries or strawberries is good.

I’m finally becoming mindful of self-talk. I’ve been rationalizing late night snacking, telling myself that I won’t be able to sleep if I’m hungry, or that I can’t withstand being even the slightest bit hungry. I now tell myself that I can and I will make it through the night without snacking. Thanks for all being here!

I am very proud of myself, I went to a 3 1/2 hour movie last night with a friend and did not eat any popcorn. I LOVE popcorn!!!! And survived sitting next to her while she ate popcorn. I have to do that two more times this month.
