@corinasue1143 It's my fault. I had a question and a long rant an then posted the rant where I was supposed to post the question. I thought I had done a quick ninja edit, since I didn't find a way to delete and I'm not sure how strict the site is on posting in the wrong place. But I obviously wasn't quick enough. So, my…

I am signed up for a half marathon in early summer. So far it's been raining every day since before Christmas, so the outdoor C25K I was going to start doing have been pushed back. But I'm doing some strength training, as well as Pilates to get a bit more flexible and build strength.

@1BlueAurora That is a great idea. Not just for wine, but for anything you like to indulge in at the end of the day. Might stop me from eating and logging a bunch of stupid, and not that tasty things, if I can see that the consequence is not getting that one great thing at the end of the day.

@ipmummy thank's for the clarification!

You are pretty close to my stats. I'm 157 cm and 75 kg, wanting to lose 20 kg. The only way I get 1200 calories a day goal, with a 0,5 kg a week weight loss, is if I set my activity to sedentary. So question is...Do you move at all during the day? Because if you do any activity at all, I would put your activity level to…

The only things I use just about every single day is olive oil and salt.

Eat a little less early in the day so you have more calories to spare?

@Ipmummy is slimmingworld basically low carb with expensive shakes?

If she's actually worried she should go see her doctor. Other than that look up the UK show Secret Eaters on yutube. Because most likely she is eating way more than the both of you think she is.

Take a few days and figure out when you are hungry, when do you find yourself craving a snack? Is there a pattern? Are you starving when you get up in the morning, or can you hold of on eating for a few hours? Do you find yourself looking into the fridge in the evenings?
-
I do this simply by virtue of not liking to eat breakfast and not eating after 8pm. If it doesn't work for you, there is no virtue in forcing yourself into doing it. But it has nothing to do with weightloss other then as a tool to eat fewer calories. My suggestion would be to note down when you are hungry, and try to find…

I moved the couch so I could vacuum underneath it.

@runzfromzombies the worst part is I think I might have kept it and had some use for it if I didn't choose the worst flavours. Fake strawberry, and chocolate with coconut? I don't even like coconut, why did I think I would drink it?

@Dawners911 I take a tablespoon and mix it with about 1dl of soymilk and leave it in the fridge overnight. Then I mix it into porridge or smoothies. That or 2 tablespoons of seeds mixed with 1/2 cup of soymilk, and a dash of honey, leave overnight and have chia pudding with some banana or fresh berries. Fair warning; A…

Unsweetened fortified soy. Seriously, if there's no b12, d, or calcium you are just drinking sugar water with a tiny ammount of nut juice.

I eat 1500 calories a day, even though my goal is closer to 1700 so that I can eat some more on the weekend or save for going out to eat without feeling like I've lost my deficit for the week.
