  • I am so glad I saw this! Just did what you suggested out of curiosity and it lowered by 110 calories per day! I have lost ~30lbs since Jan 1st and my calories have never gone down and I was wondering how much I needed to lose for it to adjust. This makes a lot more sense. Thank you!

  • Thanks! :) I saw that too, but I didn't know if it could be right that the skin for each one would account for around 120 of the calories. Just shows how much I used to underestimate how many calories things were!
  • I have a few photos of myself that I look at occasionally to keep me motivated. Today I decided to recreate one of them and tried on a dress I wore last Summer. I'm pretty happy with the difference!
