    March 2020 ending weight: 303.5 lb
    Goal weight this month April 2020: 295 lb - Hoping for another 8 lbs this month but would be happy with just getting under 300
    Target goal weight: 175 lb

    January 2020 โ€“ down 10.7 lbs
    February 2020 โ€“ down 7.8 lbs
    March 2020 โ€“ no change

    Mar 1-5: weighed but didnโ€™t track โ€“ upward trend entire time thanks to a mixture of stay in place and depression but Iโ€™m gonna kick it
    Mar 6: 306.4 lbs
    Mar 7: 305.2 lbs
    Mar 8: 305.1 lbs
    Mar 9: 304.9 lbs
    Mar 10: 304.0 lbs almost back to start of month weight at least.
    Mar 11: 304.5 lbs
    Mar 12: 305.2 lbs salty snack before bed so hopefully this is just water weight
