    August: lost 5.5 pounds

    Lowest weight in March was 122.8. And then COVID 19 happened and I gained a little back, or maintained I guess. I’ve been killing my workouts, diet just hasn’t been the best. My
    Birthday is on the 5th so I’m sure I’ll be eating and drinking alllll the things that day lol.

    Mar 1-5: weighed but didn’t track – upward trend entire time thanks to a mixture of stay in place and depression but I’m gonna kick it

    Sorry to join so late, the staying in is driving me crazy. My goal is to exercise 30 minutes 6 days out of 7, even if it's just walking.

    September and October - I went off it and put all the weight and more back on πŸ˜”
