@medusasnake was it mostly from increased appetite? And was it hard to lose when you switched/got off? I've never had a problem losing weight counting calories but on abilify weight loss is extremely slow and if I go over my calories AT ALL I gain like crazy.

Following! Because I reached my lowest adult weight after my pregnancy (profile pic) and I felt so strong and proud of myself! Took about 9 months. But over about 2-3 years I've managed to gain about 20 pounds. I just finished my first month back tracking and I'm feeling pretty motivated. If I did it once, I can do itโฆ

Have you been taking measurements or pictures? Sometimes the scale is a liar.

I was hoping to see 143 this week but still hanging around 144. Definitely going to add more exercise this week and see if that helps because I have been slacking in that department. Not going to cut calories just yet. Hope everyone is keeping at it! :)

That's a great goal. I think I want to make an exercise goal too. It's harder with the gym being closed but I have weights and a band at home I can use. I'm thinking 5 days/ week for me.

I made it to my 7 day streak! And 10 days tomorrow. Next goal is 30.

When I don't feel like cooking, I go for the convenience meals. The brand "kids fresh" has some healthier frozen options for the kiddos. I.e. sneaking veggies into their recipes. I buy the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. They have lower calories and a decent amount of protein.

I pre-plan and log my meals the night before and it really helps.

I know I'm a snacker so I pre-plan my day to have a snack after dinner. I eat low cal ice cream because you can eat a lot for 300-400 calories.

I have a 3yo. I was actually in the best shape of my life 9 months after I gave birth but then life happened :/ so I'm just now starting again!

Your picture looks awesome! I was down to 120 and ready to do a bulk when I basically quit. That's my goal too.
