I'm late posting on the june thread, haven't done so well the last 2 weeks. The coworker I had been walking with hasn't been able to and I've lost some motivation. Back at it again today. I'm trying stick with a 30 day yoga practice, on day 2 today, and no soda again.

Starting over and looking for accountability.
In addition to a long term ultimate goal weight, Iβm setting shorter horizon goals, too, just to keep myself from getting overwhelmed. Iβm off to a good start with logging meals and getting in some activity. As the month progresses I want to up my activity level as well, but Iβve learned from experience that taking things slow and steady is much more sustainable than trying to do it all out of the gate.

For no logical reason, my week started with a whole pound up, which was very demotivating, because I was really watching my food and activity level. This resulted in a binge Wednesday and a Tuesday full ot regrets and heavy limitations. So when I saw the 0.2 lbs down today, I was really happy.
I know that losing the last pounds is slow and difficult, but I hope not to give up and patiently stick to my commitment.

Total loss for June: About two pounds based on ten-day average weight, and that's a better metric than scale weight which shows just a mote more. I had a bit of a spike up on Monday and Tuesday, but got back on track after that. Of course I also had a long, slow gain in March and April, and the TrendWeight website says my trend is back where it was on April 14 and declining at a reasonable rate.
