Hello!! New here- I am 8 weeks postpartum after being pregnant for basically 2 years! (Irish twins!) my first son was born in May β19 and I gained a total of 60 lbs during that pregnancy... I had just started to lose weight and then got pregnant again in August! Although I gained a lot less during this pregnancy I just had my baby in May and am currently about 65 lbs above my usual prepregnancy weight!

I am still trying to reinvent the wheel and no doubt I will figure this out eventually. I'm not interested in diets but in a healthy eating way of life that is sustainable for life. At 55 I know dropping 50 lbs would make a world a difference for my health moving forward. Have a great month everyone.

I weigh daily but consider Fridays the end of my week. I use Libra for my weight tracking and also calculate my weekly average every Friday.
This week my average weight was 186.56 down from 188.04 a week ago, so I fully expect to pop back up into the 185-186 range for a while before heading back down. One day last month I weighed myself at 186.3 and it took 10 days to see a number that low or lower again, but my weekly average showed I was still losing weight overall even though it didn't feel like it. Definitely working on patience and persistence.6 -
