Signed in a few days late as Iโve been having late carb heavy meals, my mum died last week, was expected but still a shock, my partner brings me cakes to cheer me up, and if itโs there I eat the lot, the dog nicked a doughnut when we werenโt looking! My goal for this month is to just not put any more on and stay as I am for now10 -
Sorry Im late yet again avoided the scales.. says me typing this with a chilled bottle of Sol.. also tracked todays meals after good to know iv eaten more than todays ''allowence'' plus minus over recomendations. treated myself exams make me a little coo coo, no clue how iv lost in all honesty i was expecting to stay or go up . hope every one is doing well. a lot of my friends have shared there couch to 5k in the last week so I have signed up myself. fingers crossed i stick to it. anyone else in the uk wants to join in with me ill be starting tomorrow.

Total loss for June: Scale weight is up today from yesterday by a pound, but I'm not phased. It's down 2.2 pounds from three days ago, and all of my trends say I'm losing. By ten-day average, I'm down 1.1 pounds for the month, and that's keen. Today is the first day since April 22 that my trending weight is in my six-pound maintenance range. It's stayed in my larger ten-pound absolute range, but it feels really good to be getting back to my goal weight.
I'm also pleased that even though the scale bounced up an entire pound today, it didn't phase me one bit. This is a huge success for me.6 -

Jun 15- Always thrilled to see progress. But I also think I am tracking the calories incorrectly and could be under-eating. May get that food scale and explore zigzag diet/refeeding so as not to mess up the metabolism. Anyone have experience with that?
Jun 8-First time posting on MFP!
My weight loss journey started 14 months ago, resulting in a loss of 60lbs. During the quarantine, I upped my physical activity and started intermittent fasting. While still eating clean, I was not tracking total consumed calories because I've always been adverse to calorie/food tracking and wanted to just be "intuitive" about my eating. But these past few weeks, it was immensely discouraging to see no weight loss despite all the hard work I've been putting myself through. Anyways, I've decided to change it up for June, joined MFP, and have start tracking those damn calories for the first time ever.
Lo and behold, after the first week of tracking, the scale finally budged: -4lbs. So, groan, what everyone has always been saying is true: track your food. I still want to resist, but I'm committing for June.
