Ive been on and off here for a few years. Did really well 2 years ago when i was losing weight for a holiday i was going on. I ate like a pig on that holiday and havent stopped since π put on around 20kg in nearly 2 years and i cant stop eating π. So im back again and im gonna give it my best shot as im off to Florida (hopefully) in September so want to lose as much as i can before then!

Ready to get this weight off! I have been keeping up with the exercise about 5 times a week but eating way too much. I started last week logging everything I eat and keeping to around 1200 calories. I already feel 100% better!
