After slowly gaining weight after Xmas I thought it was my non active job causing me to put on weight, turns out itโs me eating too much crap as I wasnโt inputting my foods and eating too much, I took back control in may and heading the right way again, Iโm due to go back to work start of July so need to fit back in my uniform comfortably, so this is my monthly goal๐8 -

Looking forward to joining all of you! After a frustrating couple of months and a real slack off in my exercise effort, Iโm heading back to Pilates today and hope to get my data driving in the right direction. In April, I started a Pescatarian diet, in May I added an Intermittent Eating regimen and now, in June, itโs time to focus on weight loss. I stay under 1500 calories. I have yet to experience any weight loss.

Ready to get this weight off! I have been keeping up with the exercise about 5 times a week but eating way too much. I started last week logging everything I eat and keeping to around 1200 calories. I already feel 100% better!

I go to dialysis 3 times a week and so I will be joining this challenge but changing the weigh in dates to Saturdays, post treatment because that would be the truest representation of my actual non fluid build-up weight. I also weigh in Kilograms at dialysis but I will post both. I am also fairly new to my fitness pal and do not have the premium access nor will get it.

Hello, Everyone. I've had a few set backs in the month of May (nearly a 10lb gain ๐). I haven't been eating well and haven't been able to exercise, due to a pinched nerve in the neck. I've been really down on myself, but I am finally ready to take back control. So I'm here, I'm recommitting, and ready to get these lbs off once and for all! No more unrealistic expectations and no more excuses!
