Hello!
I've recently restarted my fitness journey. My stats are:
Height: 5'6"
Highest weight: 152
Current: 145
Lowest weight: 120
Goal weight 1: 139
Goal weight 2: 130
Final goal: 125
I reached my lowest weight a couple years tracking macros and weight lifting after pregnancy. I was never happier with my body but a divorce, raising a toddler, and medication known to cause weight gain took a big toll on my fitness level. I'm on my second day back tracking my macros (100P, 200C 47F) and I've been using my resistance bands at home since the gym is closed. I'm feeling motivated so far! I want to see what happens if I don't quit! I've always wanted to do a bikini competition.
I'd love to hear from anyone who wants to share their story or any tips!

Welcome! I have similar stats to you, I am 5'7", lowest weight was 121lbs (6 years ago), highest was 170lbs (at 38 weeks pregnant with my first) and my most fit was 132lbs (profile photo) back in fall 2018 before I got pregnant with my third. While I am not interested in competing I do train for aesthetics. Right now I'm 8 months post-partum, trying to maintain around 135lbs and recomp (lose fat and build muscle) eventually would like to run another gaining cycle to build.

    Good luck!

Your picture looks awesome! I was down to 120 and ready to do a bulk when I basically quit. That's my goal too.

I ran my first bulk after I hit that low weight. I was too low and lost muscle and all my glutes! I ran 3 bulks total with lots of glute focus. Now you could always get to your goal 1 or 2 and recomp if that is something you wanted, or lean down as much as you need to then gain. Lots of options :)

Do you think since I've been off for a while I can get those noobie gains while losing fat?

Definitely keep lifting, get enough protein and don't set a steep deficit, worst case you retain the muscle you have
