Started back today after 14 months during which I gained 86#, mostly from stress eating. Just doing semi-well today is the only NSV I've had in over a year.

I'm Rock. Last year I lost 110#, & went off the wagon for 14 months during which I gained 86#. There was a horrible flu & COVID-18 TWICE, but mostly it was just depression eating. Today I'm kinda sick & struggled mightily just to get dressed, remembering how much easier things were at 262#. So here I am back trying to…

My current mini-goal is to maintain my daytime eating discipline & bring my after-dinner eating under control. I'm fighting to get back on track after I hurt my back, haven't exercised or eaten well in 2-3 months. Today has gone well, tonight looks promising.

Calorie counting for a year is most impressive, & you're lookin' great! Well done!

I cinched my belt to the last buckle hole, which I added myself, on the most recent belt I bought, trying to hold up the most recent pants I bought, which I've already taken in 4 inches. I like progress!

You've come so far, & you're still working! You're an inspiration!

My current mini-goal is to reach my high school football playing weight of 255# by Thanksgiving. I first set out to get there by Halloween, but I've been hovering in the 260s for a few weeks. Still working to get on track. Today has been encouraging.

Highest wt: 425# Weight at start of this effort: 372# Current wt: 268# Goal wt: 172# (I don't know, definitely well below 200#. It'll be a great problem to figure out when I get there.

Congratulations, cutie! The discipline & work you've put in is showing! I'm happy for ya!

Baby steps. You'll get better at logging every calorie that passes your lips & compliance with other rules you establish for yourself. You started on 09/26. My start date, 01/12/2020, is etched in my mind, even though my memory is generally shot. In the moment it was a day like any other, but in retrospect is was a major…

I love breakfast, & I often make it my biggest meal of the day. Yesterday was Saturday, so we did it up in grand style. I had turkey sausage links, softly scrambled eggs, Velveeta cheese, shredded mild cheddar cheese, & apple slices. I ate more yesterday than I usually but with my walk, I stayed under my calorie limit. By…

-- church -- clean off my table (y'all have no idea...) -- trash to the street -- stay under calorie limit

2) I'm going to come in under my daily CALORIE limit today even though my exercise slump continues.

1) I enjoyed seeing my friends & even getting smacked around a bit by the sermon this morning in church. 2) I'm going to come in under my daily exercise limit even though my exercise slump continues.

Thanks for these helpful posts. I'm 60, have lost 100#, intend to lose 90# more, & I dread the loose skin. But I'll still march toward it.

My next mini-goal is to reach my high school football playing weight of 255# by Halloween. It's a stretch, but then aren't all worthwhile goals?
-
My weight loss slowed from the amazing first few weeks but remained at a pace to keep me encouraged. You can do this! I wrote down my 3 biggest motivations for losing weight & refer to them when I get discouraged. Maybe that would help you, too.

I'm 3# away from losing my 100th#, so that's mini-goal #1 Then I'll be 17# away from my high school playing weight, so reaching that is mini-goal #2.

I saw relatives tonight I haven't seen since Christmas, 90# ago. It was great to hear their compliments.
-
Congratulations! I admire & respect the work you've put in to lose 200#. That's exactly what I'm trying to do, go from 372# to 172#. In 7 months I've lost 90#. I'm sending you a friend request. Maybe some of your smarts about this will transfer to me.

I was never diagnosed with BED but all my life I ate as much sugar with flour products washed down by whole milk as my stomach could hold. Often deep into the night so no one would see me. When I started WW I started learning food nutritional values & choosing better foods. After a few days of eating more healthily, my…

You're doing so well!

What worked today was exercising first, before my other tasks. I seem to work harder in the morning than in the afternoon. On each of the last two walking days I set personal records for duration.
-
What worked for me today was getting up early & getting after it. I went early to see my chiropractor & then got in a 90-minute walk -- for me a record!
-
I went for an MRI today & I fit in the tube!

Congratulations on shrinking by 80# AND on successfully staying with the program for an entire year. Both are significant accomplishments!
-
That's commendable! Now you're one of those success stories that will inspire others. You look lovely!
-
It's a bit of a stretch, but I have a shot at losing my 100th pound by Labor Day. I'm going for it!
-
In the last 6.5 months I've lost 86#, the first 58# with WW, then 28# with MFP. I switched because MFP adds up the calories, macros, some micros, etc. WW only adds up points.

Great job! Classic smile!
