I love overnight oats. I ended up getting the subscription box to the brand oats overnight. Their cookie dough and dark chocolate flavors are my fav. They have 20g of protein in them and I typically add in a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder. I add a serving of flaxseed and in an easy meal I have 40g+ of protein…

First one was on my shoulder blade and it says “all for love” as a reminder. All that I do or don’t do, say or don’t say is coming from / for love ♥️

Hey Eve, I'm sorry you're feeling so frustrated. You're not alone in your struggles! My first question to you would be how are you tracking your food intake? While we can create a deficit through physical activity, food intake is going to be the biggest factor so it's important to have a really good understanding of the…

Recomp is definitely possible - but I would ask how long you’ve been in a deficit for? At a certain point, your body adapts to the amount of calories you take in. So what once was a deficit, now becomes maintenance which is why the goal should always be to be eating as much as possible when starting (ex. Not 1200 calories…

I move in with my boyfriend on Saturday - into my old childhood home actually that we’ll be renting from my parents. Lots of mixed emotions. I’m 33 and got divorced early last year. I can’t help but stress about how that cloud hangs over me as this relationship progresses. Ultimately I’m super happy and excited though and…

You could also experiment. I’d give any adjustment about 2 weeks to assess I would keep your protein goal somewhere between 1-1.2g x goal body weight. Then carbs and fats can be split how you prefer, obviously making sure it all adds up to your total calorie goal. If you’re very active, you may find that you prefer higher…

Paperpudding has the right idea IMO. I find looking at my weekly averages to be most helpful as well as having a calorie goal range. I typically have a higher calorie day on Saturday as that's the day I usually go out. I don't think of it as a "cheat" but an opportunity to have a little more flexibility or enjoy larger…

Ladies. I listen/dance to his music every morning when I wake up. Makes it’s hard not to start the day feeling like a goddess so maybe it will help unlock that feeling for you too ! 🔥 https://youtu.be/pmmhCGwSizw

They aren’t low calorie but I love lil buff cakes. I have them with their vanilla cashew frosting and it seriously hits the sweet tooth like no other. The cakes have some protein and decent fiber as well. I find their vegan line to be best.

I usually start my day with a smoothie to get in as much fiber as I can - almond milk, spinach, protein powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, creatine and peanut butter.

Quinoa with black beans, corn, chicken, avocado and salsa. Turned out pretty tasty.

Hey there! So your first step will be to determine your calorie goal. From there you breakdown your macro goals. So tracking macros is just a more intricate way of tracking calories. I’m not sure what your partner told you but carbs and proteins are 4 cals per gram and fats are 9. So based on your macro goals, the…

I'm on a Gordon Ramsey kick so I've been watching Hotel Hell. Trashy, painfully dramatic reality TV at it's best.

Work commute has been BRUTAL lately :( ! I'm thankful for the bus drivers for getting us to work and home safely, but daaaang the traffic has been killer and makes me so grumpy and frustrated.
