As of today, My non scale victory is that I went from a size 9-10 pants to a 7! My BMI is 1.8 from being in the "normal range" and my body fat is in the "acceptable" range (higher end)

I was diagnosed with Tachycardia a year or two ago. Cutting back on caffeine does help. I've found the more weight I lose and the healthier I eat, the lower my resting heart rate is (it was 110 and now that I've lost 23 lbs it's down to mid 90s). Same!! I'll eat anything and everything! My mood doesn't get TOO terrible but the cravings and bloating are the worst

I'm like 99% sure all women bloat but I didn't realize the difference until I started to try to lose weight again. The cravings are awful!! I usually crave chocolate or chips (which I will eat the whole damn thing)

My new birthcontrol makes me have one every month but before it was 3-6 months between. I can't take midol anymore, my body doesn't like it.

I just need to go grocery shopping by myself. My neighbor and I usually go together but she's impatient so I just avoid the stuff I know has gluten in it (bread, crackers, etc)

I'm going to have to start meal planning just so I can make sure to get the calories. Trying to figure it out the day of isn't getting me the calories I need. I believe I read that brown rice is GF.

Yes, it does contain milk however the serving size of them only make me slightly uncomfortable so I eat it only when I'm at home (and not everyday) and able to relax through it.

Most of the time I definitely forget to log the oils that I do cook with. Thank you, I will keep better track of that. I do log everything else though

I got the slim fast to get my chocolate fix without hurting myself since I have always had issues with over eating lol. I haven't been able to find gluten free bread as of yet. I'm not vegetarian. The only meat I actually really like is turkey and chicken but most days I don't have those so I go without. I should def invest in a crock pot though XD

Yes I figured out how. What I log isn't necessarily what I have for that specific meal (AKA I don't eat breakfast because it makes me feel sick) but I don't want the app to yell at me for skipping meals XD I've been really slacking on the logging the last couple days though

I do eat nuts most days because they're a really good snack but I don't like avacado so I don't eat that. I just got some fruit and protein powder to make shakes too. Hoping that will help

Thank you for the concern. We're taking it one day at a time. She just had surgery the other day to remove a tumor that was protruding from her arm. It's been tough. I haven't even hugged her in months out of fear of possibly giving her something that could kill her (especially now that I'm back to work)

I ALWAYS wear a mask around other people. I will not risk giving my mom any kind of sickness. She has lung, breast and bone cancer on top of COPD plus had radiation treatments. That reason is why I get so frustrated about people complaining they need to wear a mask. I don't care if I get sick. I care if she gets sick!

I don't eat breakfast. If I eat anything after I wake up to about 3 hours after, I feel sick to my stomach no matter how light the meal may be.
