I agree with @Bex953172 , no one walks into the gym for the 1st time fit and strong. It takes time and EVERYONE has to start and work on it. Don't EVER give up on yourself!

YES, Much faster a to gain than lose!! However the main thing is to NEVER give up!! Losing weight is hard and stressful, so might as well have fun and make it interesting!

@rachelrjh I have lost 55lbs by staying under my calories each day with VERY LITTLE exercise. I have NO cheat meals or days and I go off the tracks very easy, so I stay strict and it has paid off! You can do this! It has taken @ 6 months to lose the 55lb.
