Yes, couldn't agree more. I stopped eating donuts since I started tracking. The amount of fat it has is like a third of my daily requirements. Also realized that veggies will never get you fat.

Just a tip that helped me a lot. Switch your bread to Lavash. It is low fat, low sodium. I basically roll my roasted veggies, tofu and some pesto in the lavash and eat it like a frankie. tastes fantastic and fills me up. I eat this like 5 times a week lol.

I use google fit. It automatically adds all my workout to MFP. You can add it in the settings bar. One thing to note is that it does not pickup calories burnt. For example - if I add 30 min of rowing for 4 miles. Google fit will show 350 calories but in MFP it will be synced as 30 min of rowing and calories will be added…

Hi Fillers, welcome.. This is not the best advice for everyone probably but don't be harsh on yourself if you fail to get you goals. Just keep trying. I have seen some people who would give up their efforts because they lost control for 2 days and think that there is no going back or stop believing in their ability
